Marine Services Co. Ltd., has been involved in Ship and Port Management as core function for a very long time, dating back some 45 years. We have been involved in Manning Saudi Aramco and Petro Rabigh Vessels including tug boats and other harbor crafts.

Since 2017, MSCL’s owns and operates a fleet of vessels for tugging and towing operations under long form contract with Petro Rabigh and other reputed principals. The domain of Port & Marine Operations includes Pilotage/Port control functions, support in Firefighting and Pollution response, maintenance of Navigational aids and port infrastructure, diving operations and other relevant offshore services.
